2017 ~”Victory”

The Hebrew meaning of the number seventeen is “victory.”  This is why I chose this day, January 17, 2017 to pray for ALL my past and present clients.  This morning in the wee hours I went through my entire list of clients…whew! and prayed these verses over them.  As I went through your faces and your stories I became quite overwhelmed.  Thinking of the amount of evil so many of you have had to overcome, I was awe-struck that God promises to be victorious in the midst of all of your battles.  I had a tiny glimpse of the pain and grief Jesus felt as He looked out over Jerusalem and “wept as a mother hen for her chicks.”

I prayed the following Truths over each and every one of you.  I cried for you.  I rejoiced for you…for the victories you’ve experienced in spite of the hand life dealt you.  Know that today you were prayed for and today your life was celebrated by at least one person with skin on.  Go and be victorious today and the rest of the year.  You are loved.

He is faithful and be anxious for nothing.

“His compassions never fail.  They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.” Lam 3:22-23

“The Lord is faithful; He will make you strong and guard you from the evil one.”   2Thessalonians 3:3

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.”  Philippians 4:6
